I had a course of therapy with Monique for stress related symptoms. Without drugs or delving into my childhood as so many therapists insist on doing, within a few sessions I was back to being my old self and dealing with life's ups and downs again without stressing. I wont pretend to understand how Kinesiology works, but it just does. Try It !!

I never heard of kinesiology before until my physiotherapist/chiropractor advised me to see a kinesiologist. I was suffering from upper back pain every day, it used to feel like a weight on my upper back and felt very tense. It's been more than a year since I had my course of therapy with Monique and I never had that horrible pain again! I was actually really skeptical about it, even throughout the sessions I kept doubting if it was worth it but I kept an open mind and it was totally worth it! The sessions are so relaxing that I was falling asleep on my last sessions. I still find it unbelievable how she did it but it definitely worked. Thank you Monique 🙂

I do not have anything like it to compare against this service. However, Kinesiology is an amazing science and I had never heard of it before meeting Monique. I went in with an open mind and must confess to feeling pretty awful immediately after the first session. It was better after the second and after the third I felt a little spaced out but generally fine. Four sessions completed and I felt fine immediately afterwards.

I now get that Kinesiology releases blocked energy within the body utilising acupuncture points. Fascinating, really fascinating. Monique is very dedicated to her art and really immerses herself in it.

I am nearly at the end of my sessions and I do feel overall very well. I cannot explain it any further but yes it has been beneficial.

I can highly recommend Monique and the service she offers. The sessions are working very well for me, I'm seeing real improvements and it is also very relaxing. If you are unsure of anything just ask her as she is highly informed and very professional. Give it a try yourself it might be just what your body needs.

Monique is an exceptional therapist! This year I have been visiting her regularly for a number of issues including IBS. Her kinesiology has proved effective and, in addition, she offers wise advice on all matters pertaining to my physical and mental well being and life style. Monique's holistic approach to healing is extremely helpful.

I have worked with Monique on two separate occasions and have been very impressed with the results both times. I would not presume to understand how kinesiology works 🙂 but as ‘the proof is in the pudding’, I’d say that I went in with some general concerns , unable to explain my problems all that well, and after a few sessions I felt better physically and mentally, much calmer, more optimistic and with a clearer head. It’s a completely relaxing and non invasive therapy and Monique masterfully works out how to help each individual. I have no hesitation in recommending Monique to anyone who is finding life a bit challenging at the moment.

I went to Monique about my IBS. I found out that certain foods which used to upset my stomach no longer did and vice versa! We worked on this and one of the break-throughs was when I realised that I was no longer bloated - what a lovely feeling! Now, at the end of my time with Monique I can eat all types of foods. Monique is a great therapist. Health Kinesiology helped me look at my issues. Some of which was not aware of! Also found was the empowerment to resolve them. The Client needs to be open minded and willing to be part of the healing process. This process can be deep and not without challenges after a treatment. Would not hesitate to recommend her.
